Not great. Old fashioned and a locked ward. No access to outside space. People just left in their pajamas all day with nothing to do. Some of the nursing care was ok but some was poor. Nobody taking much interest in the patients. I would not want my loved one on that ward again. It just felt forgotten and neglected.
Suggested improvements
Improve nursing care. Don’t just abandon the patients there

Dr Kadoglu is the most caring person who listens you and his work for breast cancer patiants is super he's very talented and most experienced surgeon. I knew I will be in best hands thank you so much mr Kadoglu.

I went on A&E with pancrititis , because of pain i couldn't sit , asked healthcare assistant , if i can lay down on the trolley , she answered very rude that i am not dying so i can stay on the chair.

The staff on duty were fantastic from the moment I arrived to the time I was discharged. I can honestly say I did not have to wait around for anything. The were friendly, polite and extremely hard working. I wish to thank them for their help.

I went to A&E yesterday at 5.30 am with a badly broken ankle and was treated with efficiency, professionalism, courtesy and above all, great kindness and cheerfulness by everybody I came into contact with until I left about eight hours later. Of course there was waiting around, I was hardly the only patient, but I was really impressed by how nice all the staff were not only to the, sometimes difficult patients, but to each other as well. People who waited through meal times were offered sandwiches and drinks, the doctor who set my ankle wheelchaired me to Chaucer ward
herself so I didn't have to wait for a porter, and since I couldn't walk, somebody was despatched to collect my prescription for me.
I was very, very impressed
